I’ve always been interested in how things work and how people think. I’m a storyteller by nature, with a deep curiosity for places and experiences we move through every day — even (and especially) the most mundane.

Research and empathy sit at the center of my work. Listening closely and asking better questions leads to stronger stories, clearer design, and more meaningful experiences.

This space lives at the intersection of my passions: writing, research, and design. My work is shaped by an ongoing desire to understand people a little better and tell thoughtful stories — through words as well as through design.

I’m based in New England, often elsewhere, and always noticing.
